At Arabella & Rose, we want your little one to love their new outfit, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns on all full-priced items. Please ensure garments are in their original condition, unworn and with tags attached, to qualify for a store credit or exchange.

Return Process

  Check Eligibility

  Verify that your items are unworn, unwashed, and still have all original tags attached within 30 days of delivery.

• 2.
  Submit Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 3.
  Pack and Post

  Securely package your items and use the provided shipping label or your preferred courier to send the package back to our warehouse.

• 4.
  Receive Credit

  Once our team inspects your return, you will receive an email containing your store credit code or confirmation of your exchange shipment.
